Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or credit based on the specific circumstances
  • Custom arrangements are generally non-refundable unless damaged in transit
  • Non-perishable items (gift boxes, cards, candles) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused

To request a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact us within the specified time frame (24 hours for flowers, 14 days for non-perishables)
  2. Provide your order number and photos if applicable
  3. Describe the issue or reason for return
  4. Our team will review your request and provide instructions

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Cancellations

Order cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a processing fee
  • Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
